Reset Your Microsoft Account Password

    Your Microsoft Account username (user@avadel.com) and password are used for login to your laptop, Microsoft services such as Email and Teams, and SSO enabled third-party services such as Concur.

    Since most of us use a pin code or fingerprint to unlock our laptop, it's easy to forget your password.  If you need to reset your password, you can click the Forgot my password link at the Microsoft login screen to verify your identity and select a new password.

    If this is your first time logging in to you new @avadel.com account, please follow these steps to set a password and enable your account.  Your verification email and mobile number will be set to the contact details provided by HR or your manager.

    Reset Your Password

    1. Click the Forgot my password link on the login screen.  
      Alternatively, you can visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/.


    2. Enter your username (user@avadel.com) and the scrambled letters.


    3. Select from the available methods to verify your identity.  You will need to select two methods to complete verification.


    4. Select a new password
