Webcam

If your webcam is not turning on or displaying go ahead and try these steps.

Unplug your webcam for 5-10 seconds then plug it back in but in a different port if possible.
Check if there is a privacy cover over the webcam lens.

If your laptop camera is not turning on or displaying go ahead and try these steps.

Check to see if there is a privacy slider on your camera, check the top of the laptop over the camera for a privacy slider or check physically on the camara for a privacy slider.
On certain laptops there is a key with a camera with a line through it and that is a built-in privacy button and when it is turned on it'll glow orange, make sure that button is turned off.

Next to your profile picture on teams click the three horizontal dots > settings > devices > scroll down to the bottom to 'Video Settings' > select the camera you want to be used.
