This is for whenever the laptop will not turn on or charge
Doing a hard restart on the laptop
- Unplug all cords from the laptop
- Press and hold power button down for at least 30 seconds
- Release the power button and let the laptop sit for at least a minute
- Then press and hold the power button again till the laptop turns on fully
