The monitor remains blank and isn't turning on when pressing the power button. Or monitor turns on but isn't displaying the screen on the laptop.
Blank Screen Steps
- Unplug power from monitor
- Let monitor sit for 1 minute
- Plug power back in
- Try power button on bottom of monitor or remote
Monitor not displaying screen
- Check the source on the monitor to make sure it is the correct one via USB-C or HDMI
- Unplug cord you are using from both monitor and computer and let it sit for 30sec then replug-in
- Try a different cord if you have one available or different plug in on the laptop
- Press the Windows Key + P and try duplicate or extend
