How to Present with an iPad

    Summary

    This article will guide you through presenting a PowerPoint or other content on an external display such as a TV or monitor on an iPad.

    Required Hardware

    HDMI to USB-C Adapter 


    1. Connect the HDMI cable to the middle port on the pictured adapter. 
    2. Connect the USB-C cable to your iPad. 
    3. The iPad screen will mirror to the display you plugged into.

    Note: If the iPad display is not mirroring, you must go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Arrangement > Toggle 'Mirror Display' to on. 


     

    Connecting Other Devices

    You can use the other two ports on the pictured adapter for other devices such as a USB-C Charger (To keep the iPad charged during presentations) or the larger USB-A port for a keyboard or clicker dongle.
